Donald L. Deye, MD, FACP
Medical Director


Dr. Deye is a general internist who has practiced for 27 years in Cambridge, Minnesota, where he is District Medical Director for the North Region of Allina Medical Clinics, Director of Continuing Medical Education and Chair of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. He also chairs the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee for  Allina Medical Clinics, chairs the Medication Reconciliation Task Force for Allina Medical Clinics and is past president of the East Central Minnesota Medical Society. He serves as Isanti County (MN) Coroner and is the Isanti County Public Health Physician. He has served on the Governor's Council for the Minnesota Chapter of the American College of Physicians and serves on the ACP Minnesota Chapter Annual Meeting Planning Committee. Dr. Deye also serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of the Minnesota Medical Association's journal, "Minnesota Medicine."

Dr. Deye hosts Oakstone Medical Publishing's highly acclaimed MKSAP Audio Companion, which is sponsored by the American College of Physicians. He is also Editor and Host of Oakstone's DocPod Hospital Medicine. He attended Valparaiso University (Christ College Honors Program), was in the Charter Class of Mayo Medical School and completed residency in Internal Medicine at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine. He serves on the Medical Policy Committee and Formulary Committee for Medica (of Minnesota) and on the Hormone Replacement and Menopause Working Group for the Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement (ICSI). He enjoys racquetball, biking, water sports and supports sled dog racing.

Anna S. Carillo, M.A.
Director of Continuing Education

Anna brings more than 15 years of experience in national and international CME through academic and medical specialty society service. As Assistant Director/Industry Liaison for the University of Alabama at Birmingham, UAB School of Medicine’s Division of CME, Anna was primarily responsible for securing medical education grants from pharmaceutical industry and managing collaborative partnerships with medical education and communications companies. Anna has served as the Director of CME for the American Society for Reproductive Medicine where she was responsible for grant writing and regulatory compliance. Anna was also an original co-founder of Outcomes Inc, an evaluation company dedicated to providing quality and objective measurement for providers of continuing healthcare education and patient education. Anna serves as an accreditation site surveyor for the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and participates in committee work for the Alliance for Continuing Medical Education (ACME), the professional member organization for CME providers. While participating in medical education research, she completed most of the course work towards her doctoral degree in Health Education/Health Promotion. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Birmingham-Southern College and her Master of Arts from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Dean Celia
Senior Vice President and Publisher


A healthcare publishing professional with more than 25 years of experience, Celia has been with Oakstone since 1998. He spent the early part of his career at HBJ Publications, which later became Advanstar Communications. There he held titles of Publisher, Group Editor, Editor-in-Chief, and Chief News Editor, with responsibility for the company's 11 clinical and practice management health care titles. Celia was also Executive Editor at Advisory Publications, a publisher of business management materials for doctors. He holds a BA from Temple University in Philadelphia.

Rich Frankel
Vice President, Program Development, CMEinfo

Frankel has been a publishing professional for more than 25 years. For most of those years, he focused on marketing with an emphasis on medical and professional reference publishing. He joined CMEinfo in 2000 as Vice President of Marketing before taking on the responsibilities for program development in 2005. He holds a BA degree from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts and an MBA from St. John’s University in New York City.
